Welcome to LGU Daraga Business Permit and Licensing System (BPLS) online!

Please follow the steps in creating a BPLS Online account for an easier and more convenient way of processing your Business Registration (New and Renewal):

    1. Access our website through your computer or mobile and type in http://daragaonline.ph/
    2. For mobile user, scan the QR code.

3. Go to Online Services Menu and click BPLS Online Payment System
4. At the BPLS Online webpage, click CREATE AN ACCOUNT

     5. Input your last name, first name, middle initial (DE LA CRUZ, JUAN, L.), mobile number and home address.
     6. Click NEXT

     7. Input your registered/valid email address and password
     8. Click NEXT

      9. Read the Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy
     10. And then click AGREE
     11. Click ‘I’m not a robot’
     12. Click FINISH

     13. Open and check your email to verify the account you created
     14. After the verification of your account, you can proceed to log into the BPLS Online System.

  • Asterisk symbol “*” indicates that the field is required. Application would not be successful if all the required information is not provided.
  • In entering Line(s) of Business(es), refer to the BIR Certificate of Registration and input the same line of business stated in the said certificate.
  • Prepare the scanned copies of the documentary requirements and upload.  Image/PDF files are accepted, but if the jpeg file cannot be uploaded, convert it to a .PDF file.
    *Note that the original copies of the uploaded requirements may still be required by the LGU when claiming for Mayor’s permit during payment.

  1. Brgy. Business Clearance
  2. Sanitary Permit
  3. Fire Safety Clearance
  4. Menro Clearance
  5. Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) Clearance
  6. Locational Clearance

RENEWAL

  1. Sanitary Permit
  2. Fire Safety Clearance

*Note Please attach DTI/SEC/CDA

  • THROUGH  THE BPLS ONLINE OF THE LGU, THE APPLICANT MAY:
  1. Monitor the status of application.
  2. View your tax order of payment.
  3. View your historical data.
  4. Pay online.

Tag Existing Businessess

  1. Input the BIN (Business Identification Number) or the Mayor’s Permit Number. Then Search.
  2. The Business email address must be updated and has a verification.
    Click the button beside, to send a verification email.
    Click the button beside, to edit the existing email address.
  3. The Business contact number must be updated and has an OTP code verification.
    To change the contact number, click the button beside and click change the mobile number.
  4. Please attach the supporting documents needed to tag existing businesses.
    Required documents: Government valid ID, Photo holding the ID, Authorization Letter/SPA.
  5. Click Submit.
*Note: Please settle first, if the tag existing business is listed in the Negative list.
Apply New Businesses
  1. Make sure you have a registered account to apply for a new business.
  2. The taxpayer should upload the required documents. Required documents: DTI/SEC/CDA, Market Clearance for Market, Contract of Lease, CTC (Community Tax Certificate)
  3. Fill up the Basic Information about the new business.
  4. Fill up the Business Information. Don’t forget to declare the accurate Capital. Don’t forget the business contact number and email address.
  5. Fill up the Owners Information/Profile. Don’t forget the owner’s contact number and email address.
  6. Fill up the Other Additional Information. If the business is OWNED or RENTED.
  7. Click Submit.
*Note: After you submit, wait for the working business hours, the administrator will check and verify your New Business Application, Always checks your email to know the status of your business application.
Apply Renewal Businesses
  1. Make sure you have a registered account to apply for renewal business.
  2. Make sure to tag first your existing business before the renewal application.
  3. After tagging the existing business, click the BIN for Renewal Application.
  4. The taxpayer should upload the required documents. Previous Business Permit, Previous year Statement of Account, Market Clearance for Market, Sworn Declaration of gross sales (notarized) / B.I.R Returns CTC (Community Tax Certificate)
  5. Update the allowed fields about Basic Information of the renewal business.
  6. Update the allowed fields about Business Information. Don’t forget to declare the Gross. Update the Contact Number, Email Address, Number of Employees, Business Area & Asset size, if needed.
  7. Update the allowed fields about Owners Information/Profile. Update the Contact Number and Email Address, if needed.
  8. Click Submit.
*Note: After you submit, wait for the working business hours, the administrator will check and verify your Renewal Business Application, Always checks your email to know the status of your business application.
