Post Requirements
Subject for compliance of the following documents within five (5) days upon issuance of the business permit. Failure to comply will result to revocation of Business Permit.
- MENRO CLEARANCE Window 4
- SANITARY PERMIT Window 7
- FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION CERTIFICATE (CTCB) Window 8
- ZONING CLEARANCE (Locational Sketch, Geo Tagging) Planning Office
- OTHER DOCUMENTS, CLEARANCE OR PERMIT, IF APPLICABLE
Client Steps in Securing Business Permit
Initial Steps
- Get application form at information desk (or download above)
- Fill out application form
- Proceed to Zoning Office for validation
- Secure Market Clearance at window 5 (for Market Stall Owners only)
- Get queueing number at Information Desk
- Wait for your number to be called
Step 1: Submit Requirements at BPLO
- Submit duly accomplished application form with pre-registration requirements at BPLO Window 3
- DTI/SEC/CDA
- Annual Inspection Certificate
- Picture of the establishments (showing front perspective)
- Other documents, clearance or permit if applicable
Step 2: Payment at MTO
- Wait for your name to be called at MTO Window 10/11
- Pay the corresponding taxes & fees
Step 3: Claim Mayor's Permit
- Present the documentary requirements & official receipt
- Claim the Mayor's Permit at BPLO Window 2

- FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION CERTIFICATE Online
