Post Requirements

Subject for compliance of the following documents within five (5) days upon issuance of the business permit. Failure to comply will result to revocation of Business Permit.

  • MENRO CLEARANCE Window 4
  • SANITARY PERMIT Window 7
  • FIRE SAFETY INSPECTION CERTIFICATE (CTCB) Window 8
  • ZONING CLEARANCE (Locational Sketch, Geo Tagging) Planning Office
  • OTHER DOCUMENTS, CLEARANCE OR PERMIT, IF APPLICABLE
Client Steps in Securing Business Permit
Initial Steps
  • Get application form at information desk (or download above)
  • Fill out application form
  • Proceed to Zoning Office for validation
  • Secure Market Clearance at window 5 (for Market Stall Owners only)
  • Get queueing number at Information Desk
  • Wait for your number to be called
Step 1: Submit Requirements at BPLO
  • Submit duly accomplished application form with pre-registration requirements at BPLO Window 3
  • DTI/SEC/CDA
  • Annual Inspection Certificate
  • Picture of the establishments (showing front perspective)
  • Other documents, clearance or permit if applicable
Step 2: Payment at MTO
  • Wait for your name to be called at MTO Window 10/11
  • Pay the corresponding taxes & fees
Step 3: Claim Mayor's Permit
  • Present the documentary requirements & official receipt
  • Claim the Mayor's Permit at BPLO Window 2
